Hi, I’m Paige

Here is a little bit about my own journey…

Looking back, a few things stand out to me as particularly meaningful:

  • Quitting my corporate career & jumping into the wild unknown

  • Deciding to look inward instead of outward to create the life I want to live

  • Cultivating a loving & trusting relationship with myself

  • Becoming a coach to guide others through their inner work

I spent so many years living for things outside of myself, like achievement and other people’s opinions. So many years buying into someone else’s definition of success while letting my health and happiness suffer. So many years believing that my worth was conditional - conditional on what I did, who I impressed, how much money I made, what I looked like. So many years beating myself up, anxious about the future, and stuck in destructive habits from the past.

After years of build up and burn out, I decided that there had to be another way. I didn’t know what was next for me, but I knew that what I was doing wasn’t working, and I was ready to try another way. In 2020, I quit my career in banking. I rediscovered what life was all about. I woke up. I lived. I healed. I grew.

I laughed, I learned, I read, I played, I travelled, I moved, I found stillness.

I sat with myself and observed the flurry of constant thoughts in my head. I realised that I was speaking to myself in a way that I wouldn’t speak to anyone else. I worked with a coach and discovered deep-rooted beliefs that were keeping me stuck in patterns that weren’t serving me, and I decided that enough was enough. I promised myself that my decisions and my validation would no longer come from outside of myself.

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t have it all figured out. This work, the work, is a lifelong journey. A journey that I take day by day (and on harder days, sometimes it’s minute by minute). But, I have learned some things that make all the difference...

I have learned that my worth is not conditional on anything or anyone. I have learned that I get to choose the thoughts and beliefs that serve me and let go of the ones that do not. I have learned to breathe; to surrender; to forgive; to tune into what I need; and to offer myself love and compassion - even (& particularly when) I am having a difficult time. I have learned to trust in myself and in the magic of the Universe; to trust that everything is happening exactly how it is supposed to - that what is meant for me will always find me.

I also have a whole team of physical, mental, spiritual, and business professionals who support me and help me grow and heal in their own ways. I find that life is best travelled with assistance ☺️

These days, I love my slow life. I prioritise soaking up the Sydney sunshine; travel; all forms of movement and exercise; daily bubble baths with a book; and spending as much time as I can with my husband, Andrew, and our Cavoodle, Oliver. 

Coaching Modalities

I completed my coaching certification in August 2021. I believe in a holistic approach and draw from multiple modalities, including:

  • Blending cognitive behavioural techniques with somatic practices to rewire thoughts, beliefs, emotions, actions, habits, and patterns at both the conscious and subconscious levels

  • Self compassion, self forgiveness, and self love

  • Mindfulness and meditation

  • Energy shifting practices including the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/“tapping”)

  • Breath work

  • Inner child and past self healing

These are evidence-based methods for creating positive, powerful, and sustainable change, supported by insights from psychology and neuroscience.

I have built my self worth, my mindset, my business - my entire life - using the methods and tools I coach with. I deeply love and believe in this work, and it is a joy and an honour to facilitate it.
